Firework season is strongly upon us. For many pets and pet owners, this can be a prolonged period of stress - whining, trembling and cowering in beds. It isn't out of the ordinary for pets to be fearful of fireworks, with one study showing that 62% of dogs show signs of distress. 

It isn't just domesticated animals who feel the effects of fireworks - farm animals and wild animals do too.
