We’ve recently heard from Charlie’s new family who have given us an update on how he’s settling in to his new home (as well as everyone else’s home on his street apparently). Thanks to Charlie’s family for reaching out!

“Charlie has settled in brilliantly. He loves his new home, which may be partly due to us having so much wide-open space for him to play. He loves climbing up our 30-foot conifer trees with his new best mate Rory (a little black cat) and has fallen in love with our neighbour's Jack Russell, Joe who we dog sit for occasionally. Charlie loves sleeping in our bathroom sink on hotter days which you can see from his photo. We reckon that Charlie holds the current record for being the longest cat in the world when he stretches on the sofa. Charlie also loves to stretch out when getting comfy with his legs in the air on the bed.

I can't tell you how lovely and funny he is. All the neighbours on our pedestrianised street call him Cheeky Charlie as he just wanders into their houses to say hello and have a quiet nap on their settees, he is so friendly. We are so glad we adopted him. He has lit up our life again after losing our little white cat Chloe just before Christmas. Thank you for allowing us to give Charlie a loving home as well as, a fresh start in life.”

We'd love to hear (and share) updates on how your furry family members are doing since leaving our care. Send your 'Happy Ever After' story to [email protected] with photos of course!
