Keeping your pet safe and sound is an important part of being their owner. When adopting a dog, cat or rabbit from us, we like to get you started with a few useful things to help to keep them safe so that you can rest easy:

• You’ll receive four weeks of free insurance from Petplan to protect your pet from any unexpected problems.
• Your pet will be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and wormed (if appropriate).
• We’ll engrave a free name tag for you to put on your pet’s collar so that they can be easily identified.

Before heading home with your new companion, you’ll need to gather all of the supplies that will make your home happy and comfortable for your pet. Be sure to visit our Pet Shop based right in the heart of our Centre. Here, you’ll find all of the food, toys, bedding and supplies that will get them settled in. What’s more, all profits from our shop go straight back to caring for our animals as they rehabilitate. You’ll receive a voucher in your adoption pack along with a bag of food to get you started.
