Lucy is a lovely girl, She loves her toys and befriends everyone that crosses her path. When meeting Lucy you’re always greeted with a wagging tail and her bouncing personality, she’s a big people person and very eager to please.

Lucy came into our care with her buddy Tigg and 4 of her puppies. She came in via an inspector and when she arrived she was very underweight, as unfortunately she was not being cared for properly or given the appropriate food.

Since being at the centre we have found that she is a very obedient girl, super at agility and loves to play games with the kennel staff when they used to try and tuck her in her pen for the night. She’s a clever girl and bundles of fun.

Lucy’s buddy Tigg and all 4 of her pups, Winnie, Eyeore, Piglet and Roo all found there happy ever afters with their new families and poor Lucy was the only one left waiting for her opportunity of a forever home.

Lucy was first adopted after being in our care for 6 weeks, however through no fault of her own Lucy found herself back at our shelter only one day later. Unfortunately it didn’t work out with her new owners but that didn’t dampen Lucy’s spirits and she was back to her excitable tail wagging self in no time.

Luckily for Lucy she didn’t have to wait long, in less than 3 weeks our lovely lady had met her new family and her perfect match. The family visited our centre and once we had completed her homecheck, Lucy’s new owners couldn’t wait to pick her up and welcome her to the family.

Everyone at the centre was super happy to wave Lucy goodbye and we wish her all the best for her happy ever after.
