Tigger came to us through the inspectors after concerns for his welfare. 

When it comes to his personality, he can be a little shy and quiet, but don't let that take away from how affectionate and playful he can be. He enjoys being around you, and gives great little cuddles and once comfortable, likes to climb all over you. Especially paw on your shoulders, and give lots of nuzzles.
