It brings us no end of pleasure to introduce you to the beautiful Hera. Since first arriving at the centre, Hera very quickly made it her mission to befriend just about everyone she came across - whether they were aware of it or not! This sweet girly definitely knows how to make an introduction, and while she may not necessarily always be the most polite, she is sure to demand snuggles from any new friend.

Hera really is a ray of sunshine who brightens up the mood of everyone she comes across with her excitable tippy taps and cheeky grin. Potential adopters need to have had experience with larger dogs (who aren't quite aware of their size!) and must understand that although Hera is doing really well with her training, she will still need a lot of time dedicated to working on her general manners, especially around people and dogs. Whilst out and about at the centre, Hera has shown interest in making lots of doggy friends, but isn't quite sure of the best way to do that! Although she shows the utmost enthusiasm when meeting others, she still needs some support in learning that not every potential friend will appreciate how full-on she can be.

Are you the one?

Hera will make an excellent addition to the right home with her contagious happiness. She could potentially live with children aged 16 years and above who have had experience with bigger, bouncier dogs who haven't quite grasped the concept of personal space. For now, Hera would be best suited to being the only animal in the home while she adjusts to her new routines, but we're sure she would be more than capable of making friends with dogs out on walks, given the right socialisation.
