Customer Care Assistant


37.5 hours per week


National Living/Minimum Wage

The successful applicant should have a genuine desire to support the work of the RSPCA. A genuine commitment to animal welfare is essential. We are looking for a “people person”. The applicant will need to have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy work load. The successful candidate will be a part of a team who are responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and for being the first point of contact for all enquiries at the Animal Centre. Previous experience in customer care is essential. We require someone who is IT literate.
