After receiving a generous donation from Amazon (iPort - Doncaster) we were keen to establish a cat socialisation area. Our cats had nowhere to meet their prospective adopters and we felt that it was a facility that was lacking at our Animal Centre.

It has taken a few months to source and organise a cat snug that would best suit our cats, but we are finally there! At last, our cats have somewhere that will resemble a room in a house to meet their new family.

However, the snug also serves a vital role in the rehabilitation of our cats. It offers a safe environment, dedicated for traumatised cats to be rehabilitated - to receive one to one attention, play and grooming from staff and volunteers. With the addition of some new flooring, chairs and cushions, the cat snug will be perfect - and snug!
